With Covid having so many businesses in lockdown and tough times for all Hill Upholstery really came through in true British spirit for Headway Essex. On approaching Hill Upholstery, all I knew was that we needed to replace 20 fabric covered chairs with something more hygienic and if possible in our corporate colours, so when it is safe to do, we can welcome back our clients to our day centre in Colchester and continue to provide support for adults living with acquired brain injury. Scott suggested a micro ban wipeable covering, he even checked our website to match the colours and sent out samples for approval. Then his team arranged to collect and return the chairs. What a transformation we are absolutely delighted with the chairs they exceeded expectations and are now like new in fabulous pink and blue, with new foam seat and back padding and felt floor protection pads on the bottom chairs. Such a friendly efficient service. Finally I just want to thank them for an unexpected act of generosity, the cost per chair was already excellent but, Hill Upholstery went one step further and donated some of the materials and their resources to help us reduce the cost for our Charity and help make us COVID secure for the future.
